Living in New York made things very difficult but I couldn’t just uproot and move when my Kundalini activated. Besides, I had nowhere to go and my daughter lived in New York. Very quickly, I began to realize there were parts of my life that needed to change. One of the biggest changes was where to go and where not to go.
UNDERSTANDING
Just looking forward to a Skype session or phone call with someone who understood like a spiritual guide, brought hope and contributed to my healing. Talking to the right person who not only understands whats going on with you on the awakening journey but finding reassurance knowing that they have been their and worked through it themselves.

When the Kundalini activates, it can flood the human system and create sheer panic and mayhem in an individual’s life. A person can go into fright and find it really difficult to function in their life as they once knew it.
SYMPTOMS
The symptoms of a Kundalini awakening vary for different people. In fact, every person that I have spoken to that’s in the Kundalini process has something different to report about their own individual experience. Some say they feel as though they will burst into flames, or melt because the energy is so hot. Others report contact with entities or some even explain how they have been able to do astral travel.

WHAT IS KUNDALINI?
Kundalini is the life force energy that resides in the root chakra at the base of the spine. Ancient texts say that it lies three and a half times coiled before activation. Once activated, it rises and travels up the spine within the subtle bodies of a human being, transforming the person and speeding up the awakening process.
